Hi everybody,
Thought i'd say a few words at this point, before it all gets a bit out of hand.
I think you are all doing a great job, and i know at times it can be strained, but lets not forget our goal,
Kicking the ass off the other forums.
You won't do that by fighting amongst yourselves.
We will always need moderators, because people can so easily post somthing that might offend, and we have to think of "younger members", but lets not get too serious, after all most youngsters use more f's than we do.
If anyone wants to talk further then you can always email me.

as a further note, this board is actually busier than you think,
we have been trying to find a quiet time to upgrade the software for the last few days, and everytime we look, there are several guests online.

I'd just like to say that yes, you need to change your audience if you want more members.
You also need to change your staff. Certain current members are holding the forum back.

problem is, we can't really advertise on other forums, seeing as they have usually got rules against it.
I guess we have to include an advert in the magazine, and then make sure users on here are passing out the magazine to as many people as possible.

I'd also like to add at this point that membership will not increase when we have clueless staff members such as SWT458 who clearly has been too used to mummy and daddy giving him his own way - therefore whenever anyone criticises him he gets strop on...
...and sends out warnings like the one I found in my inbox apparently because I insulted him.
I'm resigning as a moderator.
For 2 reasons:
1 - I do not believe this forum is going anywhere, certainly not when we have twirps as adminstrators who whinge about the slightest thing and there are far superior forums who have staff on them who are not in need of returning to earth from whichever planet they live on.
2 - As a university student I'm used to working with normal people, not children who really are out of their depth.

West Highlanders last post translates as:
anyway yeah, so certain members of staff like swt458 are SOOO annoying and i hate the guts out of him so im going to make his life a missery and try and get him demoted and then im going to make comments other places where he's posted and then when im warned im going to totally deny them
he's a hippocrit, he just threw a strop... i thought i was the only one to do that
