Dear Moderators,

Please can we step up a gear on the harsh levels not too high, but simply enough, seeing as a thread did get out of hand lately and the moderators didnt seem to notice this or if they did, didn't take the right action. This is simply a learning experience, no-one needs to be blamed for not taking right action, but please remember this for future reference.
