Minimum post length

I have added a minimum post length to all posts. This is to stop members, from just putting smilies into a post. The minimum post length is 10 characters, witch is small enough for a short reply.

This can change if i think it is necessary.

I felt it was very much to the point, I would of liked to make it shorter, but thats all I'm allowed.

or single words or just single smilies anymore
