    Default Metronet in administration

Metronet Rail BCV Limited (“BCV”) and Metronet Rail SSL Limited (“SSL”), the companies responsible for the maintenance and renewal of the Bakerloo, Central, Victoria, and Waterloo & City lines (BCV) and Circle, District, Metropolitan, Hammersmith & City and East London lines (SSL), today entered PPP Administration.

What this will mean to the 66's is unclear, but logically the track still has to be maintained.

The tube services are unaffected and all staff are currently unaffected

Wouldn't the 66s be ok, due to them being GBRf? Or were they bought under Metronet agreements?

Isn't that just funded by the DfT? So wouldn't affect it. I reckon with Metronet's problems, other companys will be sucking up to the DfT, how big is the tube contract to them maybe?
