On Tuesday 31st July, between Leeds and Harrogate, 6233 clipped a bridge
, and is now banned from that section.

On days that 6233 is due to run, the Class 47 will do the loop, and the steamer will do the York - Scarborough and return stretch only.

Other steam locos that are working this summer are not thought to be affected.
