    Default A4 Bittern failure

    Hi

Can anyone fill me in as to the problem with Bittern on its test run recently, and will it keep the loco from the main line for much longer.

    Thanks

The last I heard is that it is due to run Kings Cross to Scarborough and return next week. I was hoping to be in Peterborough when it arrives, but won't bother going now if there has been trouble with it. The last time something like this happened and I had driven 200 miles for it, there was diesel stuck on the train.
