VAST Lack of postings
Sorry guys, but I am logging out full time, due to the VAST lack of postings on this forum, even by those who run it, let alone the 'Moderators' of it. I visit on an almost daily basis and there are currently VERY FEW new posts to even reply to.
IF things ever do improve, then please let me know and I will reconsider.Keep Preservation Alive. Support Preservation as much as possible.

Being Topical and Fresh.
It is very difficult to be "topical" and fresh with news. What is news today is history tomorrow. The preservation and heritage groups all have their own web-sites and obviously we are kept up to date with them. As many of you may know I am a long standing member of The Mid-Hants Railway Preservation Society of which our news is always posted on www.watercressline.co.uk . The news is there before I often know it! I guess that you all have your favourites and that the news is there. What I may suggest is if any members of this forum have any news that we should all be drawn to - please post it on the forum or draw our attention to the appropriate web-site.
