Default Driving wile talking on a PDA, illegal?

I was thinking today, there is law stopping you from talking on your mobile phone wile driving right? But in the user manual, of my phone its classed as a PDA.

If you read the law correctly it only says mobile phones not PDA's.

So if anyone has a PDA or a blackberry surly they can talk wile driving?

    Am I correct?!

As long as you keep both hands on the wheel, you are ok.
Technically you cant talk on a mobile, tune in the radio, eat, smoke, or pick your nose, etc whilst driving.

You try selling that story to the chap who's just pulled you over.

Anyway Andy, why would you need to be on the road with your trike?
