    Default Railtalk Magazine, Now Landscape!

    Dear all,

This message is to let you know that Issue 21 of Railtalk Magazine is now available to download.

You will probably notice from as soon as you open the magazine that there has been a big change. The magazine is now in landscape format. The optimized way to read the new magazine is to open it in your PDF reader, and then choose to view in full screen.

As always this is your magazine, so please can we have some feedback, with your views on our new layout.

However, this does not mean that the file size has increased, and if you have broadband, we do recommend the high resolution version, at just over 35Mb.

There is however, the standard version still available at about 13.5MB.
To obtain the latest issue just click on the link below,

and for the high resolution version

The magazine can be read using any pdf software, however, we recommend the latest version of Adobe Reader which can be downloaded from www.adobe.com

On our website you can also find links to all the back issues of the magazine and you will also find Railtalk Forums.

We welcome contributions from readers, either in the form of news or photographs, and all contributions should be forwarded to the editor@railtalkmagazine.co.uk

I think its an excellent idea to produce it in landscape format, after all, computer screens are landscape.
It took a little getting used to at first, but, once mastered, I found it far far better than the old portraite format.
Keep up the good work, it is much appreciated.

I much prefer the old format but thats just personal preference.
Maybe we could have a vote on which format is preferred?

I have to agree with Richard i found the newer format harder to read, but is the landscape version a first for a rail mag.
