    Default WSMR cuts services

A train company running a direct link between Wrexham and London is cutting the number of week day services from five to three.

Less than a year after its service was launched, Wrexham and Shropshire blamed the recession and said the decision reflected customer travel patterns.

This is a great shame, as WSMR is a very good company to travel with,
one can only hope that come the summer things pick up

I agree - a great pity that these services have failed to get full support.

Yes, I have travelled on them and the are very nice, but if you look from a practicle point of view, it is a very slow service end to end.
