Neville Hill open day
Well done to all that organised the community open day at Neville Hill depot today, 13th Sept.
Loads to see and a lot more exhibits than I thought there would be, however on the down side I dont know who the guy was who opened it, either a councellor or the lord mayor but what a pillock
Firstly in his speech he went on about the new high speed rail link (which avoids this part of the world) then went on to say about how much the council were doing (Yea right)
But biggest gaff was when looking at a HST power car under repair, he was told that it needed a new fuel tank as the one fitted was leaking. He asked it it was a diesel train.
Perhaps if people in office ever got into the real world then we really would have a better place. I doubt that he ever travels by train.
