    Its amazing how people are.... but things like this just put a bad image on the TOC in this case though London Underground, but still the same.

    As we see quoted in the news article.

    "So we have staff threatening to throw passengers under trains and, in return, prices going up."

    Its not their fault.

    and so he should. However difficult a passenger can be there is no need for that sort of behaviour

    No excuse for this sort of thing. Britain has an undeserved reputation for politeness and we need to return to more civil behaviour all round. 'Politeness wins the confidence of princes' - Chinese proverb.
